Online problems of the year: 1

8/3 Router dies. Confirm it's a fault by checking with Simply Fix. Inform TalkTalk. Wait for response. By text. This is also our landline company, by the way.

9/3 8am texted. Begin texting back. Texts include requests to turn it off and on again - twice. Eventually after 14 texts each way they are persuaded, and will dispatch new router. This is now Friday, so maybe it'll be here Saturday?

10/3 Email confirming it has been dispatched a day later.

12/3 Monday. It's here! I'm online! Yay! Apart from the three days without for no good reason.
